About Me

My photo
I am a fast-paced, small town girl from the “snack food capital of the world,” in York County, Pennsylvania. I am currently studying Graphic Design at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore and will be graduating in May 2011. Becoming an artist has always been an aspiration for me, and I am consistently inspired by the love of my family and the hard work of those around me. My interest in graphic design was motivated by my father’s involvement, though now that interest has bloomed into a wonderful love. After graduation I hope to begin my career with a bridal magazine so that I can use my talents to express the beauty of fashion, ornament, and sentiment. Please feel free to review my résumé, or contact me at briantonaccio@gmail.com. You can also view my website: www.briannaantonaccio.com

Research for packaging booklets

I chose 4 books to look through for ideas of how to package the booklets together for my publication. Please leave feedback for me about which design would work the best (or if you have any experience with any of these styles).

Option 1: Booklets being held together in a folder with a clasp

Option 2: Booklets held together in a box with a lid

Option 3: ALL booklets held together with a belly band (not individual like this image)

Option 4: Booklets sliding into a case or sleeve

I was drawn to the way this book was tied together
Booklets being held together in some way with ribbon? Wasn't sure how this could work, but could work

Option 5: Folder/box that ties in the center (like opening a gift box)

Option 6: Multi-page accordion package that could hold together booklets, goodies or writing materials?

Detail for option 6

Option 7: Package/organizer to hold booklets, papers, etc.

(Detail for option 7: contains folders to hold booklets?)
box to hold all books together? Magnetic closer?

Books bound together that can be pulled out?
